Lacquered Yuzen - Hempflower Yellow

Lacquered yuzen paper has an embossed texture with a glossy finish. This unique finish mimics the sophisticated appearance of classic Japanese lacquerware.

Crafted through a meticulous process, each rich layer of colour is hand-silkscreened onto a high-quality Kozo-mix base before being coated, resulting in a sheet that is visually stunning and also strong, durable, and flexible.

The paper is an excellent choice for craft and interior projects, including box making and bookbinding.  Due to the thickness of the paper it is less suited to applications requiring the paper to mold to complex shapes.

Each sheet measures approx. 490mm x 660mm, this is a half sheet size with a white edge on three sides. The printed area is approx. 480mm x 640mm.
