UK DELIVERY 

FREE Delivery for all orders over £59 (Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Courier)

Standard Delivery  - £4.95  (Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Courier) 

Orders are packaged and shipped as soon as possible after receipt (Monday to Friday only)  This is usually within 24 hours of order receipt but can take longer at busy times. 

If you order after 1pm on a Friday or over the weekend/bank holiday your order will be treated as having been received on Monday morning.  If Monday is a bank holiday the next working day will be Tuesday.

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service or via a Courier.  Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-3 days and it is a tracked service to delivery point. The Courier service requires a signature and is also 2-3 days. 

If you need your order urgently, please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help.

We do not ship on bank holidays and weekends. Delivery times may be slightly longer during the Christmas/New Year period.

RETURNS

We very much hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from Quince & Quill, however, you are welcome to return any item within 14 days as long as the goods remain in unused condition and in the original packaging. Please note that the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the purchaser. In the event of a return, we recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you do need to return an item, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return and we will advise you of the next steps.  Our email is hello@quinceandquill.com

We kindly ask you not return an item without first getting in touch via email.

If your order was eligible for free delivery, we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund (unless the remainder of your order after the refund is over the total required for free delivery).

You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. 

Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

Refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after 14 days of receipt of delivery. 

When we receive your returned item safely then we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost (if applicable). 

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS

We take the utmost care to package your items safely to avoid any damage in transit. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. Please quote your order number and include images of the fault/damage and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
