Japanese Lacquered

Lacquered yuzen paper has an embossed texture with a glossy finish.  This unique finish mimics the sophisticated appearance of classic Japanese lacquerware.

Crafted through a meticulous process, each rich layer of colour is hand-silkscreened onto a high-quality Kozo base before being coated, resulting in a sheet that is visually stunning and also strong, durable, and flexible.

These papers are resistant to water and abrasion, making them an excellent choice for craft and interior projects, including boxes and bookbinding.
